2013 Events
April 16th was our national launch with Cellar Angels for Same
Sex Meritage.
March 19th was the photoshoot
with the California Wine Club on Treasure Island--featuring
the 2010 Just Joshin California Red Table Wine and Just Joshin Vaquero
Chard. These kind folks are helping us nationally
launch the JJ brand.
March 23rd was a special
event with Cellar Angels at the Newport Sports Museum.
Believe it or not, after eleven years, this is the first time
Josh is flew into and out of an event! As always with our Cellar
Angels friends, there were multiple worthy
organizations which benefit.
On April 5th:, we were at Wine Rush-PDX, a unique tasting event, bringing artisan wineries from various West
Coast wine countries.
Josh was on "Mouthful, the Wine Country’s Most Delicious Hour" on Sunday, March 3 on KRCB 90.9 & 91.1 FM in Sonoma County. Hope you tuned in. In case you missed it, you can listen here.
Josh spoke at the "Just for Wine-Os: The Business of Grapes" panel from 6pm-8pm on February 27, 2013 at Blush! at 476 Castro Street @18th Street in San Francisco, California, 94114. He presented and answered questions about the wine business and his experience being one of the few winemakers who have a philanthropic focus.
2012 Events
Hope we saw you, Chicagoans-- Same Sex Meritage launch party and tasting is scheduled for Sunday, December 16th at Winestyles at 1433 W Belmont. It'll was open house style from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Did you meet us at the Sexy in SF party on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. This was also our West Coast Same Sex Meritage launch party! The best comment was from the organizer, Sabrina (@passportclub), who wrote, "Same Sex Meritage tastes ah-ma-ZING! Soft, round, lush & complex...like a lovely kiss. SSM makes me feel a certain kind of way... *blush* #WinoThought." We're close to being sold out for 2012--get your orders in soon, please!
We were at the Bid for the Kids Gala on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at the Balboa Bay Club. This was the Pearl Jubilee Bid for the Kids Gala which is celebrating 30 years of efforts "to bring hope and lifesaving treatments to children battling cancer, and improve the care, quality of life, and survival rate of children with malignant diseases.” Our 2010 Just Joshin California Red Table Wine was the featured red, and a three-bottle set of Arleyna Napa Red Table Wine was a featured auction item!
We poured our wines at the third annual Jewish Winemakers Tasting and Nosh on Sunday, October 28, 2012, from 1:30-4:30 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Building, 126 First Street West, in Sonoma. "This event celebrates the contributions and talents of local Jewish winemakers. Proceeds will help underwrite Jewish education and cultural events in the wine country."
Sorry if you missed us on Sunday, October 21st, 2012, for an incredible afternoon of wine and paella.We learned how to make an authentic Spanish Paella to the delight of family & friends.
October 19th, 2012: Hope you met us in Benicia at the upcoming opening night Gala for WHAT THE BUTLER SAW, the first production in the Benicia Old Town Theatre Group's 49th season here in Benicia. Opening night is scheduled for FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19. The doors open at 7, with curtain at 8 pm at 140 West J Street, Benicia. Tickets and info are available here.

Stew cook-off on Sunday, March 18th from 1-5 pm at our
tasting room! Josh prepared his finest version of this hearty, wine
friendly meal. Never before had so many wines joined their
makers for a food pairing bound to make the Irish folk proud.

10/15-16, 2011 -- San Francisco Vintners was back with a fall showcase of top notch wineries, including us, selling their wines direct to you. Similar to farmers markets, this event allowed you to sample the wines on display and buy them on the spot.
